Regarding what to post in order to establish what your character is doing for the fair:
Running booths:
A meeting is strongly preferred for character interaction. However, the main thing we need to establish right now is who is leading which booth, and the sign up sheet is available as a quicker, easier option.
By next Friday, those who want to LEAD a booth should:
- Post a meeting
OR
- Post a sign up
(you can do both if you want but it’s not mandatory)
If you run a booth, you are also committing to posting a planning meeting in T2. Any booth that does not manage this will be assumed not to have run.
For those who want to sign up/volunteer, start joining meetings or signing up. There is not a deadline on this. You can join any or all of the sign ups or meetings or fair posts for your booth. However, you must interact IC with it if you want it to be counted as something your character did/contributed to.
If, at the end of the week, we find there is a lack of options for those who want to participate but not run booths, we will consider options.
Please also add the info to this post *once it is established IC* so that we have a place to keep track.
