Cecelia Welles

Cecily stands a little below average height and has heavy, wavy dark blonde hair which is kept trimmed to her shoulders. Her eyes are somewhere between grey and blue, leaning more toward dark grey. Her movements are only moderately graceful, but are rarely if ever shy; she tends to walk like someone who expects other people to get out of her way if they happen to be in it, and to follow her if she tells them to do so.

Cecily may be the first Welles to attend Sonora Academy, but she is far from the only member of her own family to do so. Her mother, Julian was a Teppenpaw, and was followed at the school by two younger brothers, John (Aladren) and Joe (Teppenpaw). Samantha Meeks - "Aunt Sammy" to Cecily, because nobody has ever tried to explain the actual Situation to her - also attended Sonora as a Pecari; it was during her time at Sonora that Sammy met John and eventually just sort of claimed a place in the complicated series of Situations which is the Umland family.
