Hi,I thought I'd start the introduction thread for new incoming first years. This feels like a very odd thing to do, as Araceli is a very shy character who would definitely not put herself forward for this!
She's a new character but I've been doing this a while - her older sister, Effie, will be in sixth year and I have a few other characters around.
Looking forward to writing with you (even if Araceli isn't very sure about meeting you!)

Whoo! First year intro thread! Welcome, everybody!I, too, have been here for a while - John's older sister Julian will be in fifth year soon, and hers is the name I use most often in Chatzy these days if anyone ever drops in there - and look forward to writing with everyone with a character in the approaching term, old and new authors alike.
John is not a shy character, but is moody, easily distracted, and usually solves problems in the most complicated way possible. When he grows up, he wants be a dimension-hopping science hero. Julian promises, though, that she's almost sure he's generally only a minor danger to himself and others.

You don't really have to post about stuff that happens before your arrival at school, however, you may say things like "The ride was rough and Joella got bumped around a lot" or otherwise talk about it went.I hope that helps!
