Before I put next term's schedule up, I wanted to try and fit in a staff meeting. So is anyone free this weekend: either 16th or 17th January? Please let me know what times (and your timezone) is best for you. Thanks!

I'm in EST. Saturday is bueno--I'm pretty much not doing anything that day aside from homework. On Sunday I have a college interview though, and some other stuff to do, so I'm not available at all.
I'm going to be in and out trying to find a wedding venue and going to a bridal show, so don't really count on me. I'll try to make it if I can, but don't try to fit the meeting into my schedule because I'm not entirely sure what my schedule is yet. I am moderately more likely to make Sunday afternoon/evening (EST) than anytime Saturday, but again, I can't promise anything.
Just learned I won't be around from 4 pm to 6 pm EST on Saturday... but since that is rather late for other parties, I wouldn't think it to be too big a conflict.
Saturday is probably best for me; as far as I know, I don't have anything on the schedule. On Sunday, I'm not likely to get home until somewhere in the area of 4:45-5:00 EST and I might be in and out after that.
I assume everyone (except maybe Amelia and those who haven't replied) will be able to make Saturday 16th at 9am EST? Get it out of the way early in the day so you can get on with whatever you have planned afterwards.
If you know you can't make it, contact me ASAP for a list of things which will be covered during the meeting. Thanks.
