Hey. Just for those of you who may not know, Sonora staff try to stick to a schedule, to ensure that all lessons are posted, the term doesn't drag on, activities are well spread out, etc.If you can't get a lesson up on time LET ME KNOW ASAP so the schedule can be switched round. Also, I would highly recommend that you write your lessons IN ADVANCE so they're all good and ready when you need to post them.
So, here is the first schedule for this term. The dates given are DEADLINES i.e. the latest your class should be up. The dates are all Fridays, to encourage maximum posting over the weekend, but if you want to put it up the preceeding Wed'- or Thursday, that will be fine, too.
31st October – New year starts
6th November – Quidditch sign-up sheets
13th November – HoH speeches, First year’s flying lesson, Beginner Charms, Intermediate Charms, Advanced Potions
20th Novmeber – Quidditch try-outs, Beginner CoMC, Intermediate DADA, Advanced History
27th November – Beginner Transfiguration, Intermediate CoMC, Advanced Charms
4th December – Beginner Potions, Intermediate Transfiguration, Advanced DADA
11th December – Quidditch Game One, Beginner History, Intermediate Potions, Advanced Comc
18th December – Beginner DADA, Intermediate History, Advanced Transfiguration
25th December – nothing... obviously...
1st January – Quidditch Game One ends, Points in
8th January – midterm
(Heads of Houses - use your discretion about when to put up your speeches. Just have them up no later than 13th, please. Amy - it's your job to make sure Quidditch Captains are doing what they're supposed to.)

So, according to the staff and student list, we've got Elly for Pecari, Hannah for Teppenpaw, Helena for Crotalus.Who's the Aladren captain?
And, I've forgotten, did we decide on assistants yet?

We haven't decided on assistants yet, and I don't recall whether there was one already announced for the Aladren team. Paul has been on the team every year so he would be the obvious choice, despite his ... resistance to being in a position of leadership.Anyway, if you want to e-mail me your suggestions for assistants when you've a moment... and identify an Aladren captain ASAP. You're the Coach, so it's pretty much your call.

Yeah, given the Aladren's rosters over the past few years, Paul would be the obvious choice, so I've sent him an offer that he can either accept or decline IC.I'll get you an email with assistant suggestions either later tonight or tomorrow.
