Tricky Business by Flora

Flora looked over at the professor, trying to follow as best she could. You see, she had a knack for forgetting things easily, losing her trail of thought, and she didn't want such things to distract her today. "Page 12... Okay..." She whispered to herself, taking a breath in for a moment after the woman was done talking.

With that, she retrieved her potions book from her small and slightly dusty bookbag, which she'd filled with all sorts of little accessories to which she'd distracted herself over the years.

Worm's wart? What kind of ingredient was that? Flora hadn't even the clue that worms HAD warts. Ew. "This is just... ugh," she finished with a look of disgust, stirring the potion carefully as she added the second ingredient. Frog eyes.

They were small and beady, about the size of a seed, and looked so hideous and inanimate that it made Flora want to vomit. It was just disgusting. Looking around for anyone near her, Flora continued to stir, glancing down every now and then at the page.

No! She'd spilled on it. Well, hopefully no one would notice... Right?\n\n

Re: Tricky Business by Sally

Sally slid over from where she had been sitting, and grinned at Flora. "Haveing some problems there?" she cackled evilly.

But then she became more serious. "I think my partner's got it under control, would you like some help? I like stuff like this, and I don't get grossed out easily. The expression on your face gave it all away."\n\n
