I'm here about a hippogriff by Sullivan Quincy, Pecari

Sullivan had decided to try the hippogriff raising thing for the fair. He'd put his name on the list and he remembered Headmistress Kijewski said that people interested in that should go see Professor O’Shaunassey for the animal and its housing. So here he was at Professor O’Shaunassey's office. He hesitated for a moment before knocking. Seeing teachers outside of class made him kind of nervous for some reason Sully couldn't pin down. Maybe because he thought they all talked to each other behind his back about how he should doing better than an unremarkable A in their classes if he just tried a little harder.

This was, Sully decided after a moment, completely crazy. He knocked on the professor's door, secure in the knowledge that if O’Shaunassey even knew Sully's name it was only because the man had puzzled over his class roster wondering if Sullivan was supposed to be Sully's first name or last name. There had been a pair twins in his first, third, and fourth grade elementary school classes with the last name Sullivan and it had been an eternal torment trying to convince people he was both no relation to them and not named Quincy.

Since Sullivan liked animals and though Care of Magical Creatures might be one of the classes he continued past his CATS, he thought this might be his best chance to maybe lose that anonymity in a good way. This fair project was sort of like fun extra credit almost, except way better than answering extra essay questions.

When his know was answered, Sully opened the door and stuck his head into the office, not quite daring to step over the threshold without additional urging to do so, and asked, "Is this where I go pick up a hippogriff for the fair, or was I supposed to wait until an announcement?"

You've come to the right place. by Headmistress Kijewski

Kiva wasn’t sure what she was going to do. She had anticipated her Care of Magical Creatures professor to be available to help out with the Fair Events and he had been for awhile, but he had personal things that came up and now he’s out of the picture until everything settles down for him. So now Kiva has to find herself more involved in the Hippogriff raising than she had ever planned on being, which is rather difficult considering everything else she needs to do both for the Fair and for the school. Still, it was an event that she had promised the students and one she planned on continuing. It wouldn’t be fair to pull it now after they grabbed some interest in it.

On any other given day, Kiva would never be in someone else’s office. It was an invasion of privacy she would never break unless there was a specific reason to. Like today. She needed to find the information for the Hippogriffs. She wasn’t sure who Kerry’s connections were or what diets the hippogriffs were requested to be on, so she needed to find this information in order to be able to succeed with the event planning.

She had not been expecting a knock on the door. Kiva felt as though she was caught doing something criminal and felt a momentary emotion of guilt riddle through her. She shook it off a second later. She had two professors who were currently out of touch and another who will be on maternity leave in a couple of months. She was bound to have to enter offices from time to time. There was no reason to feel guilty for this.

Opening the door, Kiva found Mr. Quincy standing there asking about the Hippogriff. Smiling, Kiva greeted him as she would if she were still just his teacher, “Hello Sully. Normally you would come to Mr. O’Shaunasey’s office for the Hippogriff, but he’s currently away, so I’m your contact for the time being.” She advised him. She would have to make a notice for his board so that other students know to come to her now until further notice.

“We keep all the creatures that are here temporarily in a pen with the horses. They will stay there while you raise them, but you are responsible to feed them, keep them clean, and train them. Come on, I’ll take you to the pens so you can pick out the one you want.” Kiva commented, closing the office door behind her and sealing it with her wand. “We’ll provide the food, but you need to set yourself up with a schedule for when to feed him or her.” She advised as she walked back where the owlry is housed.
