At what point do students change into their uniforms? Is it before the covered wagon ride, or after the welcoming feast?

Hi Wujy! Glad to see you join us!As I believe people have mentioned what they're wearing under their robes in the past, I suppose,it's the rule that they must be in their uniforms for the opening feast - it's therefore up to them whether they change before, during or after the ride, but that the uniform would go on over their regular clothes, so there would be no issues around getting changed.

To be honest, I'm not really sure. Keme's still trying to figure out his feelings regarding Willow. So, if nothing major happened, then he would have been a gentlemen to her and danced a lot, etc.Of course, if he had the punch, he might have slipped up and said he thinks he has feelings for her, but you let me know which scenario you would prefer.
