Re: Challenge Two posted in the Gardens

You mentioned the challenge setters would reset the course between teams. Does that mean any alterations a person makes (e.g. lengthening the rose on the wall) are in place when the rest of their team goes through, or do the obstacles have a certain amount of self-resetting? I'm guessing the latter, otherwise it might be somewhat less interesting for subsequent writers.

If one of your team lengthens the rope, it stays lengthened until you finish the challenge and the staff reset it so that the next team faces the obstacles in the same condition you found them in. It is a teamwork challenge, so your actions can certainly be allowed to help the rest of your own team.
Apologies - my author seems to switch her brain off over the weekend and had somehow decided that people were going through one at a time - ergo, if the first one beat a clear path it rather made posting for subsequent people a little less interesting. Going through together also means people can talk to and interact with people other than the overseer - clever that.
