Alternative Party by Effie Arbon
For those who feel the party in the gardens is not suited to their tastes, an alternative has been provided in the Cascade Hall. The news of this event was circulated by word of mouth to those whom the hostesses felt might be interested in such an occasion.(In other words, any Pureblood is welcome to attend. They would have had to hear it through the grapevine and so it is more likely to be densely populated with the lower years but, as the influential families are well spread throughout the years, I think it would be reasonably realistic for anyone who wanted to join it to claim that they had heard about it).
