I never got around to writing a post with Kirstenna informing Kate of her promotion to Assistant Captain but assume Kirstenna told her before the end of last term IC.(As there is no way Kirstenna would let Amelia do it for fear that she would give Kate Wizarding Anthrax and boils.)
