Group: We're putting on a semi-musical play that sort of mashes the Fountain of Fair Fortune story (see Beedle the Bard) with a Disney Princess and a famous portrait of George Washington. Stars Holly Greer and Morgaine Carey. Supporting roles played by Raoul Delachene and Irene Liddowe. Screenplay adapted and written by Echo Elms and Saul Pierce. Music provided by Jae Dimitri, Min Ae Song, and Dana Smythe. And features Connor Pierce as a Famous Portrait of George Washington.\r\n\r\n
The solo act is Afton White, who's going to be singing "See My Vest" from the Simpsons. The group act is a Cirque de Soleil thing with dancing and aerial acrobatics. It's Space themed.
Yeah, when I saw that I was like . . . "there are two Aftons?" . . . but then I shrugged and accepted it without checking. I'll fix it in your introduction as soon as I get my access to edit pages back again.
There's only one Afton...I was tempted to write something like "Wow, there's another Afton? Planning to do the same thing I was? I'll have to let her know she got the solo." but I figured that would be rude. :P
Wow, I don't know anyone named Afton in RL. Or any of my current characters, except Adam. (And I know too many Adams...interestingly enough one of them acts more like Quentin.)
Yes, Adam is named after one of the Adams I know too (though not the one who acts a bit like Quentin)...and I have apologized profusely to my character for this fact.
I do know an Ethan. No Earls though. Actually I do not know many people who have the same names as characters at Sonora at all.
Every time I meet someone who has the same name as a character, I get happy.
I know a Samantha, a Nicoletta, an Earl, an Afton, an Ethan, an Elizabeth, a Charlotte, and a Sierra and an Amber who happen to be 2/3 of a set of triplets I know.
And one of the first years that never posted has almost the same name (first AND last) of someone I know. I kinda wonder if they know her too...
Okay, Afton did not say what she was singing, everyone just ignore that part. I had it pre-written before the concert and forgot to edit that part out.
