There was nothing Nell like more than trudging through snow. She'd much rather be in the snow than the Bahama's, or Hawaii, or California. Who wanted to be warm anyway? Everytime her knee came up to far, sharp pain hit her, and spread up into her upper thigh. She glared down at her knee's. The thought never occured to her that she should see the nurse, and that they might possibly have a cure for the pain. Oh no, she was far to stubborn. The medic's had told her nothing could be done. She didn't want anymore false hope.
She was out to check the Quidditch field, make sure none of the posts had been damaged- or blown away- and to make sure that all the equiptment was safely stored and would be usable for quidditch.
Big heavy flakes hit her cheek, and she looked up into the sky. She hated cold, and detested the effort it took to get through snow, but looking up into a snowstorm was probably one of the most beautiful scenes- a picturesque moment.
It was also going to hurt. A lot.
Pulling the broom under her, she pushed upward into the sky. It was going to be a long, skillful, and demanding trip. \n\n
