Survey for the Yearbook by Tally Adams

Alright everyone, we need to make sure everyone is on the same page. Like the last couple of years, you need to be sure you are on the Active List in order to be in the yearbook. You're name isn't there, you aren't in it. Simple as that.

Also, we need a picture from everyone. I've noticed that quite a few people have actors/actress who are, well, way older than their character. If that's the case, I will be actively looking for younger photos of that celebrity. If you don't like that, look for someone more your characters age or just deal with it. We aren't going to be having 33 year olds for 11 year olds if we can help it.

This is the survey that you are to fill out for each of your characters. They are to be IC answers. Please send the surveys to the email I have linked above. I'll send you an email back letting you know that we received it.
