Rilla was born to her mother, and well her father I am sure existed at one point. As a toddler Rilla showed no magical signs. Due to her mothers work (the excuse she gives to any that find out) and the fact she thought Rilla a squib, Rilla was given to live with a nice squib couple. She was raised from the ages of 3-8 thinking she was a normal muggle child. She went to muggle school etc. Then when Rilla was 8 she showed without a doubt that she had magical powers (interesting story I'll save for later) and her mother came to collect her.From this point on she was privately tutored by her mother. She's had next to no exposer to other young witches and wizards and very little to adult witches and wizards. Her mother occasionally had people over that she met. As far as Rilla knows her mother is a pureblood. As I said before, she knows nothing of her father.
