Alls quiet on Christmas Day by A final Note
It was quiet in the Cascade Hall on Christmas Day. Even the waterfalls that gave it its name were somewhat subdued. A note, rather like a lot of other notes that had shown up around the school over the previous days of the holiday was on the table nearest the entrance.Did you follow them to the end?
Did you find the treats?
We hope you did, young friend!
Did you find the way to go?
Did you go where we did send?
If you didn't, we do beseech
It's not too late
You yet could reach
Just hurry quick
And follow fast
And hope your mind
Was built to last
And quick to sort
And seek and find
Else you'll miss out
Your teeth will grind
Your mind despair
The place to be...
