Wandering by Tally Adams

Tally had awoken very early that Saturday morning. She had been at school for three weeks now and had been doing absolutely nothing besides school work. It wasn't that she didn't have the time to do other things, it was just that...she hadn't wanted to see anyone.

Not like avoiding people was very hard. She hardly ever saw Kaylie, Mia was busy doing things most likely with Prefect duties as well as whatever it was that she did with Stephen, and Chrissy had her Crotalus friends to hang out with with. Tally just had...Tally. Not to say she couldn't just hang out with the Crotali cos she was sure none of them would complain if she started to eat with them, but Tally thought it better to just not bother anyone.

She had no idea what happened to her new found confidence that she had had when she first stepped back onto Sonora ground. It could have been the fact that a first year had spit on her. It could have been that the work load had grown worse. Or, it could have been the fact that everyone was changing, but the situations were still the same. Or maybe it was none of the above, but really just Tally.

She was avoiding cos she didn't know how to deal with change. It was hard enough for her to control emotions, let alone much else. She just wanted some sense of stability, but being raised by a father who was hardly ever around, a brother who probably considered her a burden, and with the empath curse, Tally's life was far from stable.

Walking the halls, Tally's green eyes remained fixed on the portraits as she walked passed. She hadn't wandered the halls in such a long time. It was a past-time she didn't realize she missed. With her eyes on the walls and not in front of her, Tally completely missed the fact that she was no longer alone in the corridor. In fact, she wasn't aware of another being until she knocked clean into them.

Stumbling slightly and taking a moment to regain her footing, Tally looked up to see what she had run into. Surprise registered when she realized it was a person, "Oh, sorry! I'm sorry!"\n\n

That's always fun. by Ginger Silverstien

OOC: Merry Christmas! :)

BIC:Ginger hadn't seen any of her friends lately, but she had been just sitting in the commons for a long time. She usually had been reading the "Johnny The Homicidal Maniac" comics over and over, and sketching artwork from it. The Artwork from those comics was simple, well some of them were. It all depended on which issue. Ginger had also been reading "The Lord Of The Rings" for about the 6th time. Last year she had recieved the book with all the stories combined into it as a coming home present.

Ginger wasn't too happy that her little brother Sam was going to be coming to Sonora next year. This was her last year of going here in an almost embarassment free environment. Plus, she was almost positive that Sam would probably be a Pecari as well, or a Teppenpaw. She hoped it would be the latter.

She was walking through the hallway back from the library to go to the Cascade hall for some breakfast. She was daydreaming as usual about playing D&D with Zack. Suddenly, she felt someone colide into her, and she felt herself lose her balance, but she managed to catch herself from falling. She looked at the person who had run into her, it was a Teppenpaw Chaser, she knew that much. She often saw this girl around Adam's sister so chances are she was probably nice. "It's okay," she said with a nervous smile.

Tally

Sometimes, sometimes not so much by Tally

Tally, who was rubbing her shoulder from where she had accidently bumped the other person, looked to find that it was a student who seemed semi familiar to her. Tally had to think a moment to remember where she had seen the other girl before. of course, it didn't take her very long to remember since it was during the most important game last year. "You're in Pecari, right?" Tally asked her, smiling a bit at the younger girl.

"Sorry about bumping into you, I guess I ought to pay more attention to where I'm walking." Tally apologized again. Her long brown waves were pulled back and away revealing a long tan face, green eyes lined lightly in black, and a mouth that seemed slightly too big for her face. Her jeans were ripped at one knee from wear while her shirt hung slightly loose on her body.

There was nothing physically special about Tally. She was built much like a ruler, having little to no curves to her body. Her hair was as bland as hair could be. No, there was nothing physically special about Tally. But she did have something unique and rare that she kept hidden from almost everyone. A something that was genetic, passed down on her mother's side of the family. Something she wouldn't even wish upon her most hated of adversaries. Her abilities to feel what other's are feeling.

"I'm Tally, by the way." Tally introduced herself to the girl. "Teppenpaw, in case you didn't know."\n\n
