Two letters (Paul Tarwarter & Thomas Fitzgerald) by Boomer
Boomer, the Great Gray Owl whose first job at Sonora was delivering a message to Paul Tarwater was back in the Aladren Commons looking for the same boy, as well as an additional one. The two letters were tied loosely around its thickly feathered legs were enclosed in the same parchment envelopes as before, with the Boston Pierce family crest in the top left corner and Amelia Pierce's name and matriarch title emblazoned below it.Inside the one addressed to Paul Tarwater, the letter read:
Captain Paul Tarwater,
The first games will be held in a few weeks. Please recruit as necessary to get enough people for your try-outs. You make seek the assistance of Thomas Fitzgerald in this effort, as he has been appointed as your assistant captain. I have scheduled Aladren for having the Pitch on Saturday morning for try-outs. If this does not work for you, let me know, and I will re-arrange the schedule.

Thomas Fitzgerald,
Congratulations! You have been appointed the Assistant Quidditch Captain of the Aladren team. Please speak with me, or your team captain, Paul Tarwater, if you feel you cannot meet this obligation. Otherwise, good luck and have fun, Assistant Captain.
