Well, it doesn't seem to be the end of anything

Zack stopped, as he usually did, to look over the notices on the bulletin board before leaving the dorm to man his Prefect Station. There was a huge demand for his prefectly know-how over midterm but, just in case, he made himself as available as possible. Besides, it was as good a place as any to work on the projects he had coming due at the end of midterm.
Today, though, instead of just a new password, there was another item of note on the board. Zack frowned at the trio of lines (a haiku, he was pretty sure) posted within a holiday border. There was nothing else but the short poem, no explanation, no indication of what it meant.
There was, however, a very definitive indication that further information could be found in the Cascade Hall. Baffled and no small amount curious and intrigued, Zack decided to put of Prefect Stationing for a little while longer.
If nothing else, he should pick up something to eat in the Cascade Hall first.
