Caedence had a dark scowl plastered to her face. In addition, her hands were in pain from how tight she was clenching them. She was sure that she could have liked proffeser K, but now this! She wouldn't even let Caedence get her broom! Then again, if she would have gotten her broom, she would have gotten on it and zoomed off.Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and she was ready for the chopping block. "Proffeser K, now come on! We really werent going to hurt each other! It was a matter of pride! We hadn't even used any spells yet! We were being civil, albeit I was shouting. But still! We were ready to call it off when you got there!" She didn't even realize how foolish this was. Nor did she realize how much trouble she was in regardless. Her scowl deepened, for once that angry look even reached her eyes. Those two eyes which only glared full out when she was extremely angry. That had already happened twice. She sighed heavily tapping her foot agitatedly waiting for this to be over.\n\n

Kiva let Caedence go on without interuption. She couldn't believe what the girl was saying and wondered briefly what sort of home life she had if she thought talking to an authority figure the way she was was the 'proper' way to do so. "Caedence, I'm sure you thought that fighting for pride was a worthy cause, but on these school grounds, fighting is prohibited. Especially while using wands. You guys could have seriously harmed one another." Kiva said, her voice sounded concerned and tired."What if a spell had backfired? You are all young and still learning how to control your magical abilities. There is no saying what might have happened if I hadn't happened upon you all." Kiva said, giving them each a stern look and feeling even more like a mother scolding her misbehaved children than as a Professor.
Kiva wanted to ask Caedence if she knew the definition of 'civil'. Kiva was certain that shouting was not part of it. Kiva gave an inward sigh. She had to remind herself that Caedence was probably no more than twelve and was going through a lot more things than just a misunderstanding between herself and the other two.
Having reached Professor O'Connell's office, Kiva knocked, though she was still looking at the three students, worried that if she turned her back on them, they'd disappear. "Professor O'Connell, it's Professor Kijewski. I need your assistance with something." Kiva called out through the door.\n\n

OOC: Sorry it took this long. RL's been really hectic for the last several weeks.If it wasn’t one thing with a member of her house, it was another, Marian sighed to herself as she took a seat in her office, to all appearances finally going to get a break. It wasn’t that she wasn’t sincerely fond of her Pecaris, because she was. They were generally good-natured, and it was always nice to point out how well they were doing compared to the Teppenpaws whenever Bulla was grumbling about them. It was just…they always seemed to be getting into some sort of mischief, and it was exhausting trying to keep up with them sometimes.
But now it finally appeared like there was nothing going on. Finally, there was a bit of peace and quiet. And, Merlin, was she due for it.
Unfortunately, her moment of solitude and quiet was interrupted within a few minutes by the sound of people approaching her office door, then Professor Kijewski knocking. She sighed once more, got to her feet, and opened her door to find three people beyond the other professor standing there.
“Has there been some problem, Professor Kijewski?” she asked, glancing at the three students rather than looking at her colleague. She couldn’t remember any of the three every having a disciplinary problem before, but by the looks of the youngest, there was definitely some sort of problem now.

Can't hide forever by Professor K
Kiva was the new Deputy Head, but she didn't feel like it around some of her colleagues. Marian being one of them. Kiva was only a couple of years older than the Pecari Head of House and had even gone to Sonora with the woman. Granted, Kiva was a few grades above her, but the idea that Kiva was in a position a step above her was...strange. And that was just one of their colleagues. O'Leary always made Kiva feel uncomfortable and Kiva could hardly talk to Bulla without fumbling let alone work along side him.Life was peculiar.
The only time Kiva had had any sort of issue with students had been in her first year of teaching when the Craven Twins had ignored her warnings and wandered off into the gardens during a duststorm. And then, this year in her own class she had quite a few problems with students not doing what they were suppose to be doing. But those had been students in all houses and not just one. This time, however, all three students were in the same house. As fun as Pecari could be, they were more of a hassle and a house full of troublemakers than anything else.
"You can say that." Kiva started, glancing at the students. "I happened upon these three in the gardens with their wands drawn and voices raised. Caedence here was only all to nice and volunteered to tell me that they had used their spells and were preparing to fight or had previously fought..." Kiva frowned, trying to remember the exact wording. "Well, in any case, they were going against school rules and I thought it best if we discussed the best course of action with you, considering you're their head of house." Kiva ended, turning her attention back on Marian, and givng her an apologetic smile. Kiva could only imagine what it was like to be the Pecari's head.\n\n
