Flew with the Flu? by Amira Thornton

Amira watched the Quaffle turn players one after another and Amira tried to find a Bludger to hit at any Aladren player, to no avail. One didn't show itself and the ball passed from Russell to Arthur and back, Mellie intercepted again, but then it was back to Arthur and Russell. NO! she thought as she finally spotted a Bludger and readied to hit it at Arthur or Russell, whoever it was that had the ball at that time, but as the bat hit the black ball and thudded away from her, she heard the whistle.

The game whistle was blown and Amira had a feeling that it hadn't been Jade who'd caught the Snitch by the looks on the faces of the people in the stands. Pale-faced and sweating, Amira flew downwards slowly and dismounted her broom. Her feet touched the ground and suddenly all the dizziness that she'd been holding back seemed to attack her at one time. Whoa… she thought, as she closed her eyes and took in a slow breath.

The Assistant Captain put the back of her right arm on her forehead and moaned at the heat escaping from it. Uh oh… Worse than it was before… she thought as she walked slowly, broom in hand, away from the Pitch and into the castle, still in her Quidditch gear. Mira took small breaths in and out feeling the nausea come back too. She now knew that it wasn't just her sisters who would make her go to see him. Amira knew she needed to see him herself.

A tear threatened to fall from the corner of her right eye as she walked up to the Hospital Wing, but she pushed it back in. She knew she only felt like she needed to cry because she wasn't feeling well at all, but she wasn't going to let anyone see her be weak!

Mir opened the door and walked right towards him. “Medic Bailey?” she said to him as she looked into his eyes. “I think I have the flu… I couldn't not play in the game, there's no reserves for Pecari and…” she stopped, looked at him with a pitiful glance and hoped he'd be able to give her something so that she could just go to sleep and get rid of the flu or whatever it was. Her face was still even more pale and clammy than it had been and she caught onto the chair back next to her through another small dizzy spell. “Please…” she asked in a begging tone.

Amira,

Medic Bailey was at the game. So, I am going to reply with both of them coming from the pitch.

Are you okay with that?

Sure, that's fine. I assumed that Dylan had gone up right at the end of the game, but sure. That works!
