When is it ethical to use a Cheering Charm, or other mood-altering spells?

There are several times when it would be ethical to use a cheering charm on a person. Laughter is often considered the best medicine, so it would seem obvious to use it on a patient in a hospital. Like any medicine, I think that it would need patient consent, but it would make a considerable difference in the way patients viewed their diagnosis.

Babies drive mothers up the wall. Single women with multiple babies can not possibly calm them all at once. My mother has more than once used a cheering charm on my sisters when they were scared by a loud noise or a thunderstorm. So they are also useful in the home.

At a party, there is always someone who is not having a good time. People get mad at each other over the smallest things. Cheering charms would make the place a fun environment for everyone, and everyone would have a great time.

These are the best times to use cheering charms, and I feel that it is very ethical.

a. Under what cirkumstanses will summonning and bannishing charms work and why?

Summonning charms work lots of times. Like if you are in a hallway next to a kichin and say "Akkeo Food!" you will get alot of food and it will chayss you down the hall. Summonning charms will not work becawse of lots of reesuns. Like if you dont have a wand or you say the spel word rong or your a muggle or its too big too move (for xammple: "akkeo house").

Bannishing charms work sometimes. Like if you say it rite and do the wand moshun just rite. Even then it dossint all ways work thoe. I dont no why not. If I did, Id be doing bettur in this clase.
