Shiny new things! [ALL READ] by Natalie Simms

Hey there students! We have a suprise for you. We made a student chatzy for you. Its a place where the authors can socialize, ask for help and develop plots with authors in real time, but mainly to have fun.

The room has some rules:
1) No sharing of personal information.
2) The site rules apply. Bear that in mind.
3)If you happen to be an author at both RMI and Sonora, you can't be on both chatzys at the same time.
4) Have fun and enjoy!

In order to enter the room you have to make an account using your e-mail, its free, and it doesn't take more than five minutes. Otherwise, you won't be able to be part of the fun. This is a trail run, so make good use of it. The permanent existence of the chatzy depends on you. So, make good use of it.

Er... by Anne Wright

This may be a stupid question, as I have zero familiarity with chat rooms and thus only know as much of their etiquette as I've been able to pick up from reading on other parts of the Internet, but...I've had twelve characters, six of whom are still students. Is there a rule/general practice/whatever for picking whose name to use, or do we switch depending on which character we're logging on to discuss, or...?

You can just pick whichever character you feel like being for your username. There's no specific rule though one generally picks one of the still active ones.

Hope that helps!
