1st and 2nd years Lesson 2 by Professor Kijewski

The Mirage Chamber was not a room that she ever considered taking her younger years into, but because there was still snow on the grounds of Sonora, Kiva felt her lesson with them would do better indoors. Plus, it gave them something of interest while attending her class. The Mirage Chamber in and of itself was a mystery to the students of Sonora. Most students wanted to know what went on in the Mirage Chamber and Kiva's lessons for the older students were one of the only rare things that allowed them to cross that threshold these days.

Standing in front of the old portrait of a man who would never really be satisfied, Kiva grinned at her younger students. "Okay, so this lesson is going to be inside the Chamber. Everything you see in this room is fake. It is not real. You cannot be harmed by any of the creatures." Kiva advised them. Although they wouldn't be seeing any dangerous creatures, it was still best to tell them that the room was not real by any means. "Of course, if you trip over yourself or someone's belongings doesn't count. That's operator error."

Kiva flipped open the portrait to reveal the entrance and stepped aside to allow the students to go through first. "Please stand in the field on the other side of this so that we can start our lesson. Make sure you take one of those papers on your way in as you'll need it for your lesson today." Kiva advised them as they moved past her, indicating the pile of paper just beside the portrait. "Do not move from the clearing. I do not want to have to repeat the lesson because someone decided to go exploring. If you do not stay where I told you to, it's an automatic failure." She normally wasn't so strict, but her days of motherhood had her being more stern that she had been a year ago. "Everyone can head on in now."
