Letter for Chelsea Brockert by Lilac, a School Owl

Lilac was a fair tempered owl, and was perfectly content to be sent on short journeys for deliveries. This delivery was a very short journey, because it merely involved traveling to two different rooms within the school itself. Heading to the Aladren commons first, Lilac waited patiently to be admitted, and the sought out her first recipient; a second year girl named Miss Brockert.

The post was a short letter written in neat cursive, that read,

I wonder if you would be interested in discussing with me some important issues that affect us all, including appropriate decorum for young ladies in modern society. I would be delighted to be graced with your input and your company tomorrow afternoon in the library. Please bring a guest, should you so desire.

Fondest regards, Cecily Smythe.

Once the first letter had been detached, Lilac flew off again immediately, heading to her next and final recipient.
