An offer (Teppenpaw Prefects) by Simon Tellerman

The more Simon heard about the plans Saul had for the Pecari concert acts, the more Simon thought it wouldn't be fair to assume that the other Houses would be as free as his cousin to elicit the Groundskeeper's help. When Simon was informed (not asked, mind, informed) that his assistance was probably going to be required for costume development as well as composing a melody for some lyrics - not to mention the elves Saul was considering giving extra roles to - Simon decided to offer his services to the school at large.

It wasn't that he minded Saul's assumptions that Simon would help - they were cousins, and Simon had claimed a big brother role in Saul's life since the kid's first year at Sonora - but it was hardly fair that Pecari was the only House eliciting his expertise.

So he penned out three very similar letters and told the owls sent off with each one that it should be given to any of the prefects (or the Head Girl in the case of Aladren) of the House the letter was intended for.

To: Teppenpaw Prefects
From: Simon Tellerman (Groundskeeper, Concert MC)
Subject: The Concert

I'm writing to you to let you know that as the Concert MC, I am available to help all acts in several pre-production areas. If you need any source materials (scores, screenplays, etc), or materials for costumes, props or scenery that are not readily available on the school grounds (and are not very expensive), I can pick them up for you in Tumbleweed or Phoenix.

If you need assistance with costume, prop, or scenery creation/assembly, let me know and I'll see what I can do to help out (my college degree is in Theater & Performing Arts and I have a small army of prairie elves who will do my biding). If you're short stage hands or bit players, a small number of those elves may also be available to fill in for very simple tasks during the performance itself. I also professionally write songs, so anything of that sort can be provided if I am given enough time and information about what it should entail.

If you need assistance of any other sort, feel free to ask and I'll see what I can do.

Also, I would like to have short summaries of what your House acts will entail and who is involved within a week or two of the Concert so I can prepare your introductions.

Finally, after hearing some Houses are having trouble recruiting enough performers, soloists are now allowed to perform in the group act as well.
